After completing a degree in communications and media, Fleur moved to London where she worked as an agent developing and nurturing actors in an international landscape. Rounding off her experience, Fleur also worked in PR for actors and other creatives for 12 years before returning to management, joining the Morrissey team over 17 years ago.
