Tanja commenced her early career in the corporate world however found her calling working alongside business owners to help guide small enterprises, which also included her own family restaurant. Tanja joined Morrissey’s in January 2006, and with her brought an extensive range of accounting and financial skills which she has mastered over the past 28 years. She is an integral part of the Morrissey team, developing forecast models and budgets, assessing investment risks as well as ensuring all accounting activities comply in both Australian and international tax law. Both personally and professionally she has developed close associations with clients and has further secured corporate relationships.
